摘　　要：竹质异色重组装饰材是以竹材为原料,采用柔性竹单元制造、竹束漂白、竹束深度匀染等关键技术,将不同色彩竹束重组制造的具有良好装饰效果的竹质建筑装饰材料。重点介绍了竹质异色重组装饰材工业化生产的主要工艺流程,总结产品开发过程存在的主要问题与解决途径,以期为竹质异色重组装饰材的推广应用提供参考。Bamboo-based decorative scrimber is manufactured by dyed bamboo bundles with different colors based on key technologies,such as flexible bamboo bundle processing,bamboo bundle bleaching,bamboo bundle deep level dyeing,etc.It is a kind of bamboo-based material with excellent decorative effect.In this paper,the industrial manufacture technologies of bamboo-based decorative scrimber were introduced.Major problems and possible solution during product manufacture process were discussed.It was supposed to provide referent guidance for the industrial promotion of bamboo-based decorative scrimber.
