摘 要:聋病相关基因的突变是重度至极重度耳聋的主要分子病因,目前已有大量对耳聋致病基因的研究。人工耳蜗植入术(cochlear implantation,CI)术后听力言语康复效果可能与植入年龄、螺旋神经节细胞存活数量、耳聋病因以及其他因素有关,但是基因突变对CI术后听力言语康复效果是否存在决定性影响目前仍存在争议。本文旨在讨论常见耳聋致病基因的研究进展及不同基因突变对CI术后康复效果的影响。Deafness related genetic mutation is the most common molecular etiology in severe-to-profound hearing loss.There has been extensive research on genes causing hearing loss,but it remains controversial if relevant genetic mutation has decisive influences on outcomes of cochlear implantation(CI).It has been suggested that the differences in post-CI hearing and language rehabilitation may be explained by differences in patient age,the number of surviving spiral ganglion cells,etiology of hearing loss and other factors.This paper aims to study research progress on common genes causing hearing loss,and the influence of different types of gene mutation on post-CI rehabilitation.
