摘 要:格尔木车站处于高原地区,受自然条件影响,真空压力小,卸污效果差,所以在格尔木车站设计中采用分散式真空卸污系统。分散式真空卸污机组单台泵流量40 m^3/L,抽吸面最大真空度55 kPa,产生的最大排污压力140 kPa,通过点对点进行卸污,实现卸污作业中8个污物箱同时卸污,每列车污物箱可以在3 min内完成卸污,提高了卸污作业效率。该系统具有适应高海拔地区、卸污效率高、自动化程度高,节省占地等优点。Golmud Station is located in plateau area and affected by natural conditions.Due to low vacuum pressure and poor suction performance,the distributed vacuum sewage suction system is adopted in the design of Golmud Station.The single pump flow rate of the distributed vacuum sewage suction system is 40 m^3/L,the maximum vacuum of the suction surface is 55 kPa,and the maximum discharge pressure generated is 140 kPa.Through point-to-point unloading,the eight sewage tanks can be unloaded at the same time,and the sewage tank of each train can be discharged within 3 minutes,which improves the efficiency of the unloading operation.The system is adaptable to high altitude area with high efficiency of unloading,high degree of automation,and less land occupation.
