企业间知识库兼容性、知识转移与企业知识创造绩效:双边关系质量的调节机制

摘　　要：在构建“知识兼容—知识转移—知识创造”关系链的基础上,引入嵌入性理论和吸收能力理论,分析不同类型关系质量通过不同程度吸收能力对上述链式促进机制的强化作用。收集239份来自全国多地高新技术企业的问卷调查数据进行实证分析,结果表明:合作企业间知识库兼容性通过知识转移正向影响企业间知识创造绩效;经济型关系质量强化知识库兼容与知识转移之间的关系,而社会型关系质量强化知识转移与知识创造之间的关系,且前者的强化作用是通过企业自身潜在吸收能力传递的,而后者的强化作用则是通过企业自身实际吸收能力实现的。This research combines the theory of knowledge-based with the theory of knowledge transfer,and put forward the function paths of knowledge base compatibility on knowledge creation through knowledge transfer.Further,introduce the embeddedness theory and absorptive capacity theory,and analyze the indirect moderation of relational quality on theknowledge base compatibility,knowledge transfer and knowledge creative performance through internal ability of enterprise.Drawing on 239 Chinese firms from the manufacture and high-tech enterprises,the main results show that:the knowledge base compatibility positively influence enterprises new knowledge creation performance throughknowledge transfer;Economic relationship quality strengthen the relationship between knowledge base compatible andknowledge transfer;Social relationship quality strengthenthe relationship betweenknowledge transfer and new knowledge creation performance;Economic relationship qualityindirectly strengthen the relationship between knowledge base compatible and component knowledge transfer through potential absorptive capability.
