摘 要:使用BTA加工系统对一批深度为1060 mm的工件进行深孔钻削,进给至中后期,加工表面存在严重质量缺陷,表现为多瓣形周期性振纹;为探究振纹形成原因,通过工件-刀具耦合摩擦模型,建立钻削系统运动微分方程并将实际物理参数代入解中;对比钻削系统进给至300 mm和900 mm深度时钻削系统的响应特征,发现中后期时钻削系统发生明显粘滑振动;结合CAE分析讨论进给至不同时期的钻杆末端振动类型及钻头加速度-频域响应结果,发现当进给至900 mm深度时,钻削系统鲁棒性明显低于进给至300 mm时的鲁棒性;利用加速度传感器对BTA钻削系统开展实验研究,当钻削系统发生粘滑振动现象时,实测出具有较明显周期性特征振动信号,且与工件出现周期性瓣形振纹的时间吻合。A batch of workpieces with a depth of 1060 mm was drilled with the BTA machining system.In the middle and later feeding period,the processed surface had serious quality defects,including multi-valve periodic vibration veins.In order to explore the cause of vibration vein formation,the kinetic differential equation of the drilling system was established through the workpiece-tool coupling friction model and the actual physical parameters were substituted into the solution.By comparing the response characteristics of the drilling system when feeding to the depth of 300 mm and 900mm,it was found that stick-slip vibration obviously occurred in the drilling system in the middle and later stages.Combined with CAE,the drilling pipe end vibration types and the bit acceleration-frequency response results at different periods were analyzed and discussed.It was found that when feeding to the depth of 900 mm,the robustness of the drilling system was significantly lower than that when feeding to 300 mm.The acceleration sensors were used to carry out the experiments on the BTA drilling system.When the stick-slip vibration occurred in the drilling system,the measured vibration signals with obvious periodic characteristics appeared,which coincided with the time when the workpiece presented multi-valve periodic vibration veins.
