摘　　要：医患话语是医患沟通交流的重要内容。收集、整理医疗机构医患话语冲突语料,进行语用学分析,并提出模糊限制语、语码转换、转移话题、适当幽默等医患话语冲突的语用学消解策略,对于减少医患矛盾、缓解紧张的医患关系具有重要的理论和现实意义。Doctor-patient discourse is an important part of doctor-patient communication.To collect and sort out the corpus of doctor-patient discourse conflict,carry out pragmatic analysis,and propose pragmatic resolution strategies of doctor-patient discourse conflict,such as fuzzy restrictive language,code-switching,topic shifting and appropriate humor,which have important theoretical and practical significance for reducing doctor-patient conflicts and easing the tense doctor-patient relationship.
