摘  要:医学院校在“三全育人”背景下对医学生的培养过程中,不仅要注重医学专业知识的培养,更要强化对医学生的医德教育。本文从医学院校现有的注重专业教育、倚重传统方式、偏重理论教育、侧重大众普遍等方面分析医德教育的困境,提出以信仰教育为引领塑化正确的价值观、以教学改革为契机深化教育平台建设、以先进典型为标杆强化人文素养的培育、以校园文化为载体实化特色品牌的打造等实践路径将医德教育贯穿医学生培养全过程,不断努力夯实人才培养质量基石,为开辟具有医学特色的高校医德教育提供新思路。The cultivation process of medical students in medical colleges should pay attention to the training of medical professional knowledge,and strengthen the medical ethics education of medical students under the background of“Three Full Education”.This article analyzes the dilemma of medical ethics education from the existing aspects of medical colleges,such as focus on professional education,traditional way,theoretical education and popular activities.It also proposes that medical ethics education should penetrate the whole process of cultivating medical students through multiple practice paths as follow,faith education as a guide to plasticize the correct values,teaching reform as an opportunity to deepen education,model as the benchmark to strengthen the cultivation of humanistic quality,campus culture as carrier to create characteristic brand activities.It will lay a solid foundation for the quality of personnel training and provide new ideas for the development of medical ethics education with medical characteristics in colleges.
