摘　　要：目的探讨Nd:YAG激光在单根管联合Vitapex糊剂治疗根尖周囊肿中的应用效果。方法选取2016年1月~2019年6月在苏州市华夏口腔医院进行单根管治疗的100例(患牙100颗)根尖周囊肿患者作为研究对象,依据随机数字表法将入选患者分为对照组与观察组,每组各50例。对照组患者采用单根管联合Vitapex糊剂治疗,观察组患者在对照组的基础上采用Nd:YAG激光照射治疗。比较两组患者治疗前后的临床症状评分、治疗效果及不良反应发生情况。结果观察组患者的治疗总有效率为98.00%,高于对照组的84.00%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组患者治疗前的咀嚼情况评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);两组患者治疗后的咀嚼情况评分均高于治疗前,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组患者治疗后的咀嚼情况评分高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组患者治疗期间均未发生明显不良反应。结论Nd:YAG激光在单根管联合Vitapex糊剂治疗根尖周囊肿中的应用效果显著,值得临床推广。Objective To explore the application effect of Nd:YAG laser in single root canal combined with Vitapex paste treating periapical cysts.Methods A total of 100 patients(100 teeth)with periapical cysts from January 2016 to June 2019 treated by single root canal in Huaxia Stomatological Hospital of Suzhou City were selected as the research objects.According to the random number table method,the selected patients were divided into the control group and the observation group,50 cases in each group.The control group was treated with single root canal combined with Vitapex paste,while the observation group was treated with Nd:YAG laser irradiation on the basis of the control group.The clinical symptom scores before and after treatment,therapeutic effect and incidence of adverse reactions in the two groups were compared.Results The total effective rate of treatment in the observation group was 98.00%,which was higher than 84.00%in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the mastication score between the two groups before treatment(P>0.05).The mastication scores of the two groups after treatment were higher than those before treatment,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the mastication score of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no significant adverse reaction occurring during the treatment period in both groups.Conclusion The application effect of Nd:YAG laser in single root canal combined with Vitapex paste treating periapical cysts is remarkable and worthy of clinical promotion.
