推动天津高校非事业编职工入会和独立学院建会工作的探索与实践

摘　　要：非事业编职工是高校建设和发展的有生力量,加入工会组织是他们应有的权利。通过调研分析天津高校非事业编职工入会的现状,发现天津高校非事业编职工对入会的认识有待提高,高校工会对非事业编职工入会存在顾虑,非事业编职工的入会主体不明确、会员会籍管理不清晰。因此,应重视宣传发动,从制定鼓励措施、提供多种入会渠道、注重趋势引导等方面做出举措,推动高校非事业编职工加入工会。Non-offi cial-budget faculty and staff members are a living force in colleges and universities.It is their right to join the union.Through investigation and analysis of the current status of non-official-budget faculty and staff in Tianjin universities,it is found that their awareness joining college union needs to be improved,college unions have concerns about non-official-budget members,enrollment subject and membership management are not clear.Therefore,we should attach great importance to promotion and launch measures such as providing multiple channels for membership and guidance to promote non-offi cial-budget faculty and staff to join unions.
