左乙拉西坦治疗中老年癫痫全面强直阵挛发作患者的临床效果

摘　　要：目的:观察左乙拉西坦治疗中老年癫痫全面强直阵挛发作患者的效果。方法:选取80例中老年癫痫全面强直阵挛发作患者作为研究对象,按随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组各40例,对照组使用奥卡西平治疗,观察组使用左乙拉西坦治疗,比较两组临床疗效、治疗前及治疗1年后的骨密度、骨代谢水平及不良反应发生率。结果:观察组治疗总有效率为92.50%,明显高于对照组的72.50%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后,观察组骨密度、血钙、血磷水平明显高于对照组,碱性磷酸酶、甲状旁腺激素水平明显低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组不良反应发生率明显低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:左乙拉西坦治疗中老年癫痫全面强直阵挛发作患者可提高治疗总有效率、骨密度、血钙水平及血磷水平,降低碱性磷酸酶、甲状旁腺激素水平和不良反应发生率,效果优于奥卡西平治疗效果。Objective: To observe clinical effects of Levetiracetam in treatment of middle-aged and elderly patients with generalized tonic clonic seizures. Methods: 80 middle-aged and elderly patients with generalized tonic-clonic seizures were selected as the research objects, and were divided into control group and observation group according to the random number table method, 40 cases in each. The control group was treated with Oxcarbazepine, while the observation group was treated with Levetiracetam. Then, the clinical efficacy, bone mineral density and bone metabolism level before and 1 year after the treatment, and incidence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups. Results: The total effective rate in the observation group was 92.50%, which was significantly higher than 72.50% in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). After the treatment, the levels of bone mineral density, blood calcium and blood phosphorus of the observation group were significantly higher than those of the control group, while the levels of alkaline phosphatase and parathyroid hormone were significantly lower than those of the control group, and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05). Further, the incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). Conclusions: Levetiracetam in the treatment of the middle-aged and elderly patients with generalized tonic-clonic seizures can improve the total effective rate and the levels of bone mineral density, blood calcium, and blood phosphorus, and reduce the levels of alkaline phosphatase and parathyroid hormone with fewer adverse reactions. Moreover, it is superior to Oxcarbazepine.
