摘　　要：目的:探讨主动式社区治疗对社区精神分裂症患者家庭负担的影响。方法:回顾性分析2017年1月至2月56例精神分裂症患者的临床资料,按照治疗方式不同分为研究组和对照组各28例。研究组接受心理支持、社工服务、康复程式训练等主动式社区治疗,对照组接受常规社区随访。比较两组简明精神病量表(BPRS)及家庭负担会谈量表(FBS)评分。结果:治疗前,两组BPRS、FBS评分比较,差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后,两组BPRS评分与FBS评分均低于治疗前,且研究组低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:主动式社区治疗精神分裂症患者可降低BPRS评分和FBS评分的效果,优于常规社区随访效果。Objective: To explore effects of assertive community treatment on family burden of community schizophrenic patients. Methods: The clinical data of 56 schizophrenic patients from January to February 2017 were retrospectively analyzed. They were divided into study group and control group according to the different treatment methods, 28 cases in each. The study group received assertive community treatment, including psychological support, social services, rehabilitation program training and so on, while the control group received regular community follow-up. Then, the brief psychiatric rating scale(BPRS) and family burden interview schedule(FBS) scores of the two groups were compared. Results: Before the treatment, there were no significant differences in the BPRS and FBS scores between the two groups(P>0.05). However, after the treatment, the BPRS score and FBS score of both groups were lower than those before the treatment;those of the study group were lower than those of the control group;and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05). Conclusions: The assertive community treatment can reduce the BPRS and FBS scores of the community schizophrenic patients. Moreover, it is superior to the regular community follow-up.
