认知行为干预对改善老年肺炎患者预后的效果观察

摘　　要：目的研究认知行为干预对老年肺炎患者预后的改善效果。方法选择2014年1月—2018年11月本院收治的200例老年肺炎患者为研究对象。按照随机数字表法将其分为对照组和观察组,每组各100例。对照组采用常规护理,观察组采用认知行为干预。比较两组的护理效果、治疗依从性和生活质量。结果护理干预后,观察组的总有效率(95.0%)显著高于对照组(76.0%)(P<0.05);观察组患者的依从性(98.0%)较干预前(74.0%)显著增加(P<0.05),且明显高于对照组(79.0%)(P<0.05);两组患者的社会功能、总体健康、认知功能、躯体功能和角色功能等生活质量评分均显著提高(P<0.05),且观察组高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论认知行为干预护理有助于增强老年肺炎患者的治疗依从性,提高疗效,改善生活质量,值得应用推广。Objective To investigate the effect of cognitive behavioral intervention nursing on the prognosis of elderly patients with pneumonia.Methods Selected 200 cases of elderly patients with pneumonia from January 2014 to November 2018,divided into two groups randomly,100 cases in each group.The control group was given routine nursing,while the observation group was given cognitive behavioral intervention nursing.The curative effect,treatment compliance and quality of life of the two groups were compared.Results The total effective rate of the observation group(95.0%)was significantly higher than that of the control group(76.0%)after nursing intervention(P<0.05);the compliance of the observation group(98.0%)was significantly higher than that before the intervention(74.0%)(P<0.05),and compared with the control group(79.0%),the compliance of the observation group was significantly increased after treatment(P<0.05);the quality of life scores of the patients were all significantly increased(P<0.05),and compared with the control group,the quality of life-related indicators scores in the observation group after nursing intervention increased significantly(P<0.05).Conclusion Cognitive behavioral intervention nursing is helpful to enhance the treatment compliance of elderly patients with pneumonia,improve the curative effect and improve the quality of life.
