摘　　要：目的建立脑得生片中非法染色剂柠檬黄的检测方法。方法采用高效液相色谱法(HPLC),色谱柱为C18柱(250 mm×4.6 mm,5μm),柱温30℃,流速1.0 mL/min,流动相为0.05 mol/L醋酸铵溶液 乙腈,梯度洗脱,检测波长432 nm。采用液相色谱质谱联用(LC MS)对HPLC方法的专属性进行了验证。结果在HPLC和LC MS佐证结果一致情况下,抽查的17批脑得生片样品中确证有3批样品含染色剂柠檬黄。结论该方法快速、准确,专属性好,可作为脑得生片中非法添加染色剂柠檬黄的检测方法,为脑得生片的质量控制提供方法。Objective To establish a method for the detection of Lemon Yellow that is illegally added in Naodesheng Tablets.Methods High performance liquid chromatography(HPLC)was adopted.C18 column(250 mm×4.6 mm,5μm).Column tempera ture 30℃,mobile phase with 0.05 mol/L ammonium acetate and acetonitrile at a flow rate of 1.0 mL/min.The detection wavelength was 432 nm.The method of LC MS was used to verify the specificity of HPLC method.Results In the case of consistent results confirmed by HPLC and LC MS,three out of seventeen batches of Naodesheng Tablets were proven to contain Lemon Yellow.Con clusion The method is rapid,accurate and with good specificity,and can be used as the detection method for Naodesheng Tab lets’quality control.
