摘　　要：通过访谈、调研,分析"互联网+"背景下地方本科院校学生教育管理存在的困境及原因;利用模糊综合评价法,确定学生教育管理制约因子权重,明确其关系、地位和作用,构建"学生为主体、辅导员主导、家校社协同、多要素联动"的学生教育管理新模式,并提出"互联网+"背景下地方本科院校创新学生教育管理的基本对策。Through the interview and investigation,the author analyzes the dilemma and causes of the local university students'education management under the background of"Internet plus",and uses fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method to determine the weights of students'educational management constraints,to clarify their relationship,status and role,and to build a new student education management mode,which is a new mode of student oriented,instructor led,family school cooperative and multi factor linkage.It also puts forward the basic countermeasures for the educational management of local undergraduate universities under the background of"Internet plus".
