摘  要:随着"00后"学生的入校,高校班主任工作对象呈现低龄化,需要班主任工作能力不断提升,工作方法更需不断的改进。本文针对工科学院大学生特点,对照班主任工作职责,分析班主任工作的特点和困难,提出班主任在学业引导、思想引领、心理疏导、班级建设等方面提升和改进的具体方法,为进一步加强工科学院班主任工作效能提供参考。With the young age of"post-00s"students entering the college,the working ability and working methods of head teachers should be improved.The characteristics and difficulties of head teachers were analyzed according to the characteristics of students in engineering colleges and the duties of head teachers.Therefore,the improvement and its methods were proposed in academic guidance,thought guidance,psychological guidance and class construction.This will provide reference for the future strengthening of working effectiveness of head teachers in engineering colleges.
