摘  要:文章从民族传统体育教学内容的选择、教材的编写和具体内容的要求三方面进行分析阐述,归纳出新版民族传统体育教材在编写时要从时代性、全面性和文化的传承性出发,激发学生的兴趣爱好和参与性,夯实民族传统体育项目的文化基础,突出民族传统体育的竞技性和传承性。为实现民族传统体育项目的教学、教学效果和锻炼价值与民族文化深入结合,以及民族传统体育文化的推广的传承奠定理论基础和参考价值。This paper analyzes the selection of teaching content,the compilation of teaching materials and the requirements of specific content.It is concluded that the new edition of traditional national sports textbooks should be compiled from the aspects of the times,comprehensiveness and cultural heritage,stimulate students'interest and participation,consolidate the cultural foundation of traditional national sports,and highlight the competitiveness and heritage of traditional national sports.It lays the theoretical foundation and reference value for the realization of the deep combination of the teaching,teaching effect and exercise value of the national traditional sports with the national culture,as well as the promotion and inheritance of the national traditional sports culture.
