摘 要:目的为分析南疆维吾尔民族成人高龋无牙周炎人群与无龋重度牙周炎人群口腔微生物多样性。方法采用分层整群抽样方法随机抽取南疆第三师51团309户居民,符合纳入标准的635人为研究对象,分析该人群龋病、牙周炎流行病学特点。筛查出高龋无牙周炎人群与无龋重度牙周炎组人群,利用垂直凝胶电泳技术分析其口腔微生物多样性。结果南疆第三师51团中成年人龋病和牙周健康基本状况龋均DMFT=5. 12±2. 07,患龋率为92. 28%;慢性牙周炎患病率为38. 11%。高龋无牙周炎组与无龋重度牙周炎组流行病学分布研究具有统计学意义(χ~2=9. 277,P=0. 000)。通过垂直凝胶电泳技术显示健康人群口腔微生物多样性高于高龋无牙周炎人群及无龋重度牙周炎人群。将抽取的高龋无牙周炎样本与无龋重度牙周炎样本切胶回收,测序同源性比较显示高龋无牙周炎组中Streptococcaceae、Prevotellaceae、Lactobacillales、Veillonellaceae、Flavobacteriaceae比例最高,无龋重度牙周炎组以Porphyromonadaceae、Unclassfiled、Leptotrichosis、Spirochaetaceae、Fusobacteriaceae为主。结论南疆地区维吾尔族成年人龋敏感性高,牙周炎患病率较低。高龋无牙周炎人群与无龋重度慢性牙周炎人群口腔微生物结构存在差异,相互作用有待于进一步研究。Objective To study the condition of dental caries and periodontitis in Uighur southern Xinjiang and analyzes the diversity of oral microbiology.Methods 635 Uygur aged 35 ~ 55 in southen xinjiang were randomly selected.Using PCR-DGGE to analyse microbiological community structure and diversity of oral cavity and periodontitis. Results Caries DMFT = 5. 12 ± 2. 07,tooth decay rate is 92. 28%,prevalence of chronic periodontitis is 38. 11%.Epidemiological distribution of high caries without periodontitis and severe periodontitis without caries is statistically significant( χ~2= 9. 277,P = 0. 000). PCR-DGGE showed that the diversity of oral microbial in healthy population was higher than that in other two groups.The typical samples were collected from the two groups then choned and sequenced.It identified from genebank showed the scale of Streptococcaceae,Prevotellaceae,Lactobacillales,Veillonellaceae,Flavobacteriaceae are high in high caries non-periodontitis Group. Caries free severe periodontitis group was mainly include Porphyromonadaceae,Unclassfiled,Leptotrichosis,Spirochaetaceae,Fusobacteriaceaes. Conclusion The prevalence of dental caries is higher and the prevalence of periodontitis is lower in the Uighur nationality in southern Xinjiang.There were differences in oral microbial structure between the two groups,and the interaction needed to be further studied.
