兰索拉唑、克拉霉素、莫沙必利联合针灸治疗虚寒型慢性胃炎的临床效果

摘　　要：目的探讨西药结合针灸治疗虚寒型胃炎的临床疗效。方法选择沈阳市中医院2017年11月~2018年6月经过胃镜诊断为慢性胃炎患者84例,将其分为对照组(n=42)与实验组(n=42)。两组均给予6周为一个疗程的兰索拉唑+克拉霉素+莫沙必利疗法,实验组给予三联疗法的同时对足三里、血海、脾俞进行针刺,对两组临床疗效进行评估,观察患者的HP清除率和SF-36健康调查量表评分。结果实验组较对照组胃部疼痛,嘈杂反酸,口苦口干等症状明显缓解,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗4周后,两组的HP清除率均明显下降,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。SF-36健康调查量表评分实验组比对照组明显提高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论针灸联合三联疗法治疗虚寒型慢性胃炎比单纯三联疗法更能促进胃黏膜的愈合,中西医结合疗法治疗慢性胃炎效果更佳。Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of Western medicine combined with acupuncture in the treatment of gastritis with xuhan type.Methods A total of 84 patients with chronic gastritis diagnosed by gastroscopy from November 2017 to June 2018 in Shenyang Traditional Chinese Medicine Hospital were selected and divided into control group(42 cases)and experimental group(42 cases).Both groups were treated with lansoprazole+clarithromycin+mosapride for 6 weeks as a course.The experimental group was given acupuncture on Zusanli,Xuehai,and Piyu as well as the triple therapy.The clinical efficacy in both groups was evaluated.The patients'HP clearance and SF-36 health survey scale scores were observed.Results The stomach pain,noisy and acid reflux,dry mouth,dry mouth and other symptoms were significantly relieved in the experimental group compared with that of the control group.The difference between two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).After four weeks of treatment,the HP clearance of both groups decreased significantly,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The SF-36 health survey scale score in the experimental group was significantly higher than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant.Conclusion Acupuncture combined with triple therapy in treating chronic gastritis with xuhan type can promote gastric mucosal healing better than triple therapy alone,and combined traditional Chinese and western medicine has a better effect in treating chronic gastritis.
