摘　　要：在中国特色社会主义建设新时代,云南高校要重视留学生教育事业的发展,处理好数量与质量、供给与需求、守正与应新、校内与校外、知己与笃行的关系,加强来华留学生招生管理、生活管理、教学管理、思想管理、安全管理,建设“五位一体”管理模式,做好从入学到毕业全阶段的教育管理工作,提升来华留学生教育管理水平。In the new construction period of socialism with Chinese characteristics,universities in Yunnan provinces should pay attention to the development of international students'education,deal with the relations of quantity and quality,supply and demand,sticking to principles and dealing with new situations,inner and outer,knowing and acting,strengthen management in the fields of recruitment,livelihood,teaching,ideology and safety,set up Five-in-One management system and manage education process from enrollment to graduation well in order to improve education administration level.
