摘　　要：随着长三角区域经济一体化上升为国家战略,南通作为长三角的北翼版块将被激活,南通如何顺应长三角一体化的发展趋势,其现实发展离不开优秀的高校人才,人才集聚则会带来有益于经济的正效应。目前,高校已经成为国内科技创新的引领者,在高校范围内,集聚了大量的科技型人才,人才聚集正效应也在这个环境下产生。With the regional economic integration of the Yangtze River Delta rising to the national strategy,Nantong,as the north wing of the Yangtze River Delta,will be activated.How can Nantong comply with the development trend of the integration of the Yangtze River Delta?Its practical development cannot be separated from excellent talents in colleges and universities,and talent concentration will bring positive effects beneficial to the economy.At present,colleges and universities have become the leaders of domestic scientific and technological innovation.Within the scope of colleges and universities,a large number of scientific and technological talents have gathered,and the positive effect of talent aggregation also occurs in this environment.
