摘  要:高职院校领导干部作为党的干部队伍中重要的组成部分,肩负着培养社会主义接班人的重任,为此,国家和社会对于高职院校领导干部有着更高的要求。为了保证高职院校领导干部素质,有助于高职院校管理与发展,除了要贯彻落实正确路线方针以外,还要构建干部任用机制,加强对领导干部决策能力的培养,保证领导干部可以胜任高职院校的管理工作。此外,随着市场经济的来临,高职院校领导干部会面临着诸多诱惑,强化作风建设,完善干部考核制度同样也是提升领导干部管理的应有之义。Leading cadres of higher vocational colleges,as an important part of the party cadre team,shoulder the heavy responsibility of cultivating socialist successors. For this reason,the state and society have higher requirements for leading cadres in higher vocational colleges. To ensure the quality of leading cadres in higher vocational colleges and to help the management and development of higher vocational colleges,in addition to implementing the correct line and guidelines,we must also establish a cadre appointment mechanism,strengthen the training of leading cadres’ decision-making ability,and ensure that leading cadres can competent for the management of higher vocational colleges. In addition,with the advent of the market economy,leading cadres of higher vocational colleges will face many temptations,strengthen the style of work,and improve the cadre assessment system is also the proper meaning of improving the management of leading cadres.
