摘  要:高职思政理论课教师话语权是思政课程教学的主要因素,它在思想教育工作中起到了引领学生对主流意识形态的认识、帮助个人发展、控制教学效果的作用。通过调查发现高职思政理论课教师话语权现状存在一定的困境。高职思政理论课教师要"真学""真懂"最新的理论知识及教学方法、"真信"思政教育的重要意义"真用"到思政理论课程的教学实践中,实现高职思政理论课教师话语权的提升。The discourse power of teachers of ideological and political theory course in higher vocational colleges is the main factor of ideological and political course teaching. Through investigation,it is found that the discourse power of teachers in ideological and political theory courses in higher vocational colleges is in a certain predicament. Teachers of ideological and political theory course in higher vocational colleges should"learn"and"understand"the latest theoretical knowledge and teaching methods,and the important meaning of"true faith"ideological and political education should be "applied"into the teaching practice of ideological and political theory course,so as to improve the discourse power of teachers of ideological and political theory course in higher vocational colleges.
