显性教育与隐性教育在大学思政教育中的结合应用

摘　　要：显性教育与隐性教育相融合是新时代下大学思政教育的变革方向,也是大学思政教育内在的规律与必然选择,更是马克思主义人学理论的本质要求。在大学思政教育中,推进显性教育与隐性教育的相融合,对传统思政教育是一种补充形式,增强思政教育的有效性、针对性。对此,本文着重分析显性教育与隐性教育在大学思政教育中的内涵,论述显性教育与隐性教育在大学思政教育中的关系,提出显性教育与隐性教育在大学思政教育中结合应用策略。The combination of explicit education and recessive education is the direction of Ideological and political education reform in the new era. It is also the internal law and inevitable choice of ideological and political education in universities,and also the essential requirement of Marxist human theory. In the ideological and political education of universities,promoting the integration of explicit education and implicit education is a supplementary form to the traditional ideological and political education,enhancing the effectiveness and pertinence of ideological and political education.
