摘  要:高校形势与政策课混合式教学是信息化时代教学有效性的重要手段,通过OBE理念,使形势与政策课存在教学方法滞后、教学手段单一、教师能力欠缺和学生积极性不高导致教学效果欠佳的问题得到解决。探讨形势与政策课教学的理论是开展形势与政策课混合式教学的理论依据,而实践的探索是尝试解决在OBE理念下混合式教学的效果问题,目的是提高形势与政策课教学质量。The mixed teaching of situation and policy courses in colleges and universities is an important means of teaching effectiveness in the information age. Through the concept of OBE,the problems of backward teaching methods,single teaching means,lack of teachers’ ability and low enthusiasm of students in the course of situation and policy have been solved. Discussing the theory of teaching situation and policy course is the theoretical basis of developing the mixed teaching of situation and policy course,the exploration of practice is to try to solve the problem of the effect of mixed teaching of situation and policy under the concept of OBE,combining different teaching modes,implementing OBE concept into education and teaching strategies and trying to build a hybrid teaching platform are important choices to improve teaching quality.
