摘  要:装配式建筑是一种从国家到地方各级政府大力推行的建筑工业化的建造方式,但装配式建筑在推行初期发展进度缓慢,房地产企业生产经营成本难以控制.通过研究影响PC构件成本的因素,建立系统动力学模型,对PC构件成本构成、外界影响以及成本节约这些影响因素进行分析,分析结果得到影响因素变化时PC构件成本变化.研究结果提出政府加大推广力度、降低税率、提高装配率,施工单位提高进度奖励可以降低装配式建筑PC构件成本的结论,对政府推广装配式建筑和企业控制装配式工程项目成本具有重要意义.Prefabricated building is an industrialized construction method vigorously promoted by governments at all levels from the national to the local level. By studying the factors affecting the cost of PC components,the system dynamics model is established,and the influencing factors such as the cost composition of PC components,external influences and cost saving are analyzed. The analysis results show that the costs of PC components change when the influencing factors change. The research results put forward the conclusion that the cost of PC components in prefabricated buildings can be reduced by the government’s efforts to increase promotion,reduce tax rate,increase assembly rate,and increase the construction unit’s progress reward,which is of great significance for the government to promote prefabricated buildings and enterprises to control the cost of prefabricated projects.
