摘  要:针对某耙吸挖泥船上层建筑整体固有频率与螺旋桨叶频无法错开的问题,从增加上层建筑纵向固有频率的角度提出若干优化方案,采用有限元法计算比较各方案中上层建筑纵向固有频率,从中选出以较小增重获得较大纵向固有频率提升的方案,根据该船布置方面的要求确定最终方案,有限元计算和实船试航验证该方案可靠、有效。For the problem that the overall natural frequency of superstructure is closed to the propeller blade frequency in a hopper dredger,several optimization schemes were set forth in consideration of increasing the longitudinal natural frequency of superstructure.The results were calculated by FEM to compare.Those with less added weight and large increment of longitudinal natural frequency were specially investigated and final scheme was chosen according to the requirement of arrangement.The final scheme based on the method proved by FEM analysis and sea trial showed its reliability and validity.
