摘　　要：针对滁菊烘干前处理过程劳动力短缺、摆盘不均匀、生产效率低下等问题,本文采用自动化生产线方案,开发一条能够完成滁菊自动摆盘的生产线。针对生产过程物料盘的自动供给,开发了物料盘解垛机,创新应用了双层凸轮机构,进行上、下层物料盘交替支撑,实现物料盘逐个释放,以完成物料盘的依次供给;针对摆盘过程,开发了滁菊摆盘机,摆盘机利用同一平面内相互垂直的两个运动叠加,使物料盘能接住任意位置落下的滁菊,实现自动化摆盘;针对生产过程物料盘的回收,开发了以伺服电机驱动提升台带动物料盘提升,控制器存储提升次数并依据提升次数运算伺服电机转数,实现物料盘提升高度控制的堆垛机,通过运动机构动作完成后自动回归初始位置,以及提升和推出物料盘至烘干架等动作,完成装满滁菊的物料盘层叠于烘干架,实现物料盘的回收;通过摆盘生产线的应用,实现了从物料盘供给、滁菊摆盘、物料盘回收的全自动化生产,滁菊烘干前处理由原来的多人协同完成,到仅需1人就能完成,效率提高300%以上,解决了摆盘生产效率低,以及因滁菊花期短造成的劳动力短缺而影响滁菊食品安全的问题,对滁菊产业的发展具有较大意义。In order to solve the problems such as labor shortage,non-uniform and low production efficiency in the process of drying Chuzhou Chrysanthemum,an automatic Laying production line is developed in this paper.Aiming at the automatic supply of the material tray in the drying process,the Feeding of material tray machine is developed,and the double-layer Cam Mechanism is innovatively applied to support the upper and lower material trays alternately to realize the release of the material trays one by one to complete the material tray supply in turn.In view of the process laying Chuzhou Chrysanthemum to a tray,a Laying Machine for Chuzhou Chrysanthemum was developed.The Laying machine can catch Chuzhou Chrysanthemum falling from any position by using two vertical movements superposed in the same plane,thus realizing the automatic laying process of Chuzhou Chrysanthemum to material trays.A Stacker Machine is developed,which uses servo motor to drive the material plate lifting,and the controller stores the lifting times and calculates the rotation of servo motor according to the lifting times to realize the control of the material tray lifting height,through the movement mechanism action after the completion of the automatic return to the initial position,as well as lifting and launching the material tray to the drying rack and other actions,the material tray full of Chuzhou Chrysanthemum is stacked on the drying rack to complete the material tray recovery;It has realized the fully automatic production from material tray supply,Chrysanthemum laying to tray and material tray recovery.The drying pre-treatment of Chuzhou Chrysanthemum used to be finished by many people,and now only one person can finish it.The efficiency has been increased by more than 300%,and the low production efficiency of laying Chuzhou Chrysanthemum to tray has been solved,as well as Chuzhou Chrysanthemum Short flowering period caused by the shortage of labor,resulting in the impact of Chuzhou Chrysanthemum food safety issues,the development of chrysant
