摘 要:中职德育课程宏观上是国家精神塑造的主阵地、中观上是行业健康发展的主渠道、微观上是合格公民培育的主战线,但现实中存在学校层面制度落实不到位、教师层面教改动力不足、学生层面入脑入心不完全等实然困境。以"Y理论""项目化教学理论"为指导,以《经济政治与社会》课程为例探索并实施基于Y理论的中职德育课程项目化教学。在信任中职学生本性要求学习、在兴趣驱动下能主动承担责任、具有解决问题的能力的基础上,将课程教学内容项目化,学生的身份是项目的完成者、展示者,教师的身份是项目的设计者、引导者,生师通过平等对话、协作,让学生在完成项目的同时潜移默化地实现"立德树人"。The moral education curriculum of secondary vocational schools is the main position of national spirit shaping at the macro level, the main channel of industrial healthy development at the medium level, and the main front of qualified citizen cultivation at the micro level. But in reality, there are some real difficulties, such as the inadequate implementation of school-level system, inadequate motivation of teaching reform at the teacher level, and incomplete involvement of students at the student level. Guided by"Y theory"and"projectbased teaching theory", taking"Economics, Politics and Society"as an example, the study explores and implements the projectbased teaching of moral education curriculum in secondary vocational schools. On the basis of trusting secondary vocational school students’ instinct to require learning, taking the initiative to assume responsibility under the drive of interest, and having the ability to solve problems, for projectivizing the teaching content of the course, students are the ones who show the completion of the project, and teachers are the designers and guiders of the project. Through equal dialogue and cooperation between teachers and students, the students can accomplish the project while subtly cultivating people, so as to achieve better teaching results.
