摘 要:针对微量液体定量定程进给注射的问题,设计了一款基于单片机微量液体定量定程注入系统。分别对注入系统的硬件和单片机控制软件进行设计与开发,利用单片机对步进电机的脉冲信号进行驱动细分,产生极小的角位移量,实现高精度注入;同时利用谐波减速器对角位移量微量化,可以精确地控制微小角位移量,从而实现微量的直线进给量;通过螺旋测微杆精确控制柱塞,使液体微量注入,完成液体微量定量定程的进给注射,提高了注射效果。For quantitative and scheduled trace liquid injection problem,the author designed a set of quantitative and scheduled liquid injection system based on single chip microcomputer, designed and developed the injection system hardware and single chip microcomputer control software,respectively. The system drove and segmented pulse signal of stepper motor with single chip microcomputer,to produce a tiny amount of angular displacement and realize high precision injection;at the same time,the harmonic reducer can control the angular displacement accurately and realize the linear feed;the precise control of the plunger was achieved with screw micrometer rod to complete the trace injection.Generally speaking,the trace injection was completed and the injection effect was improved.
