乳牙末期、混合牙列初期前牙反(牙合)前方牵引矫治疗效探讨

摘　　要：目的探讨乳牙末期、混合牙列初期前牙反(牙合)前方牵引矫治的临床应用情况。方法该院前牙反(牙合)患儿为该次的实验对象,治疗时间为2017年1月-2018年9月,共计50例。回顾性分析患儿的临床资料。分为25例参照组和25例治疗组,参照组未经过口腔正畸治疗,治疗组予以前方牵引矫治治疗。对比患儿的口腔牙齿正畸效果。结果该次治疗组经过牵引治疗后,前牙反合畸形得到明显解除,治疗结束后,治疗组的SNA、SNB、ANB、U1-SN、YaiX分别为﹙84.6±2.0﹚°、﹙68.1±1.5﹚°、﹙-0.4±0.1﹚°、﹙112.4±5.02﹚°、﹙79.1±3.8﹚°;参照组以上数据分别为(77.8±2.5)°、﹙77.0±2.3﹚°、﹙-2.3±0.8﹚°、﹙117.1±4.12﹚°、﹙68.0±2.2﹚°;其中SNA、SNB、ANB、U1-SN、Yai X数据两组相比差异有统计学意义﹙t=11.250、10.520、9.510、12.450、11.520,P<0.05﹚。结论前方牵引矫治在乳牙末期、混合牙列初期前牙反(牙合)正畸中应用效果较好,能够使得上颌骨前移、下颌骨后退,改变患儿凹面型颜面,可以在临床推广使用。Objective To investigate the clinical application of anterior crossbite anterior traction in the end of deciduous teeth and the initial stage of mixed dentition. Methods The children with anterior crossbite in the hospital were treated from January 2017 to September 2018, totaling 50 cases. The clinical data of the children were analyzed retrospectively. They were divided into 25 cases of reference group and 25 cases of treatment group. The reference group had not received orthodontic treatment, while the treatment group was treated with anterior traction. To compare the orthodontic effect of oral teeth in children. Results After traction treatment, the reverse deformity of anterior teeth was obviously relieved in the treatment group. After treatment, the SNA,SNB,ANB,U1-SN,YaiX of the treatment group were ﹙84.6±2.0﹚°、﹙68.1±1.5﹚°、﹙-0.4±0.1﹚°、﹙112.4±5.02﹚°、﹙79.1±3.8﹚°. The above data in the control group were ﹙77.8±2.5﹚°,﹙77.0±2.3﹚°,﹙-2.3±0.8﹚°,﹙117.1±4.12﹚°,﹙68.0±2.2﹚° in the treatment group, respectively. SNA,SNB,ANB,U1-SN and Yaix the difference was statistically significant between the two groups﹙t=11.250,10.520,9.510,12.450,11.520,P<0.05﹚. Conclusion The application of anterior traction orthodontics in the treatment of anterior crossbite at the end of deciduous teeth and the initial stage of mixed dentition is effective. It can make the maxilla move forward and the mandible retreat, and change the concave face of children. It can be widely used in clinic.
