摘 要:通过浮选试验、接触角测定及单矿物吸附量测量研究了糊精对浮选体系中煤和石英可浮性的影响及抑制机理。研究结果表明:在糊精用量为200g/t时,灰分为12.1%,与未添加糊精相比,精煤灰分(质量分数)降低了1.53%,浮选效果得到较大改善;接触角测定结果表明,加入糊精后,浮选精煤接触角增大,在糊精用量为300g/t时达到最大值96.26°,显著提高了煤泥可浮性;吸附量测定结果表明石英对糊精的吸附量较煤对糊精的吸附量大。糊精药剂用量增加抑制了大量精煤上浮,导致精煤灰分含量相对升高。The effect of dextrin on the floatability of coal and quartz in flotation system and the inhibition mechanism were studied by flotation test,contact angle measurement and single mineral adsorption measurement.The results showed that,the concentration ash was 12.1%adding dextrin at 200 g/t,1.53%lower than that without dextrin,indicating a great improvement of flotation effect.According to the contact angle measurement of the slime,contact angle of the flotation concentration increased,which reached the maximum(96.26°)adding dextrin at 300 g/t,indicating a significant improvement of the floatability.The results of single mineral adsorption measurement showed that quartz adsorbed more dextrin than coal,and continuous increasing of dextrin inhibited the floating of clean coal,and brought up ash content in the concentration.
