摘 要:目的研究在创伤骨科应用病案导学方式的临床教学效果。方法抽取研究时段为2018年5月-2019年5月内在该院创伤骨科进行实习的本科学生50名作为研究对象,根据不同的临床教学方案,将50名研究对象分为对照组、试验组。对照组25名用常规临床教学,基于此,试验组25名采用病案导学方式进行临床教育,对比实习生理论知识评分与实践操作评分、实习生对临床教学满意度。结果实习生理论知识评分与实践操作评分与对照组相比,试验组较高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);实习生对临床教学满意度与对照组相比,试验组较高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在创伤骨科临床教学中,应用病案导学方式教学,不仅可以提高实习生理论知识评分与实践操作评分,还可以提高教学质量,从而提高实习生教育满意度,值得临床推广应用。Objective To study the clinical teaching effect of applying the case-learning method in trauma orthopedics.Methods Fifty undergraduate students who underwent trauma orthopedics in the hospital during the study period from may2018 to may 2019) were selected as research objects. According to different clinical teaching schemes, 50 cases were divided into control group and trial group. The 25 patients in the control group used conventional clinical teaching. Based on this, the 25 patients in the test group used clinical case-based teaching methods for clinical education. The theoretical knowledge score and practical operation score of the interns were compared, and the interns’ satisfaction with clinical teaching was compared. Results Compared with the control group, the interns theoretical knowledge scores and practical operation scores were higher in the experimental group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). The interns’ satisfaction with clinical teaching was higher in the experimental group than in the control group. The difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). Conclusion In the clinical teaching of traumatology orthopedics, the application of case-based teaching method can not only improve the theoretical knowledge score and practical operation score of interns, but also improve the quality of teaching, thereby improving the satisfaction of interns’ education.
