摘 要:叠层橡胶支座是隔震技术关键因素之一,研发了一种串联型变刚度叠层橡胶隔震支座。该串联型变刚度叠层橡胶隔震支座初始阶段提供较小水平刚度(小于串联型变刚度叠层橡胶隔震支座中较小直径支座的刚度)。当水平剪切变形达到设计目标时,通过限位装置提供第二刚度,使其出现较大变形时具有较大的大水平刚度。通过足尺支座试验,研究了该串联型变刚度支座的竖向性能、水平性能和滞回性能,并给出了该串联型变刚度支座的计算模型。Laminated rubber bearing is one of the key factors of isolation technology. A series type laminated rubber bearing with variable stiffness was developed. The initial stage of the series support provides a small horizontal stiffness(less than the stiffness of the smaller support in the series support). When the horizontal shear deformation reaches the design goal, the second stiffness was provided by the limit device, so that it has a larger horizontal stiffness when there is a larger deformation. Through the full-scale bearing test, the vertical performance, horizontal performance and hysteretic performance of the series variable stiffness bearing were studied, and the calculation model of the series variable stiffness bearing was given.
