摘　　要：对重型H型钢精轧机组牌坊有限元分析,分析结果表明:在对拉紧螺杆施加1000 kN预紧力的情况下,预紧区出现较大区域的应力超过许用极限的变形区,拉杆预紧区应力超过许用极限,拉杆螺栓的强度不能满足要求。The finite element analysis to the housings of a heavy-beam finish mill reveals that the area with high stress in the pre-tensioned zone is larger than permissible limited deformation area and the stress in the pre-tensioned area exceeds the permitted limit when 1000kN pre-tensioning force was applied on the tension rod.The strength of the tension rod screw fails in meeting the requirement.
