摘  要:面向自动测距系统在高频波动等非线性环境下,容易出现电流信号非线性度高、噪声高,错误信号段多的弊端,研究基于调频激光器的自动测距系统,外腔半导体激光器发射的光源经过激光器线性调频电路处理后,输出线性度高、噪声低的锯齿波电流信号,该信号通过耦合器转换后通过测量干涉系统、辅助干涉系统两个路径获取两个频率信号,数据采集系统通过OSCAR CSE4442数据采集卡采集两路频率信号,将信号转换成数字信号,信号处理系统删除错误信号段,并采用测距公式计算目标距离并显示数字信号的离散傅氏变换波形,得到正确的测距结果。实验说明,该系统的测距误差始终低于0.1 mm,并大幅度提高了测距分辨率。For automatic ranging system under nonlinear environments such as high frequency wave,it’s easy to have many disadvantages such as high nonlinear current signal,high noise,and high error rate signal.An automatic ranging system based on frequency modulated laser is studied.After dealing with laser linear frequency modulation circuit,the emission light of external cavity semiconductor output sawtooth wave current signal with high linearity and low noise.After the signal is converted by coupler,two frequency signals are obtained through the two paths of measurement interference system and auxiliary interference system.The data acquisition system collects two frequency signals through OSCAR CSE4442 data acquisition card,converts the signals into digital signals,and the signal processing system deletes the wrong signal segment.And the ranging formula is used to calculate the target distance and display the discrete Fourier transform waveform of digital signal to get correct ranging result.Experiments show that the ranging error of this system is always lower than 0.1 mm,which greatly improves ranging resolution.
