摘  要:将ARM芯片STM32F407做简单的外围电路扩展作为控制核心,利用UC3846芯片产生的驱动信号对全桥软开关逆变主电路进行驱动,设计了一台脉冲MIG焊机。该焊机基于等速送丝和电弧电压反馈调节占空比的方式实现了焊接过程的弧长控制,具有过载、过热和过欠压保护等基本功能,数字化界面具有参数调节方便的特点。焊接工艺试验结果表明,通过电流与电压双闭环控制方式设计的脉冲MIG焊机具有较好的弧长调节能力,焊缝质量可以满足焊接要求。In this paper,a pulse MIG welding machine is designed. The ARM chip of STM32F407 is used as the control core to expand the peripheral circuit,and the driving signal generated by UC3846 chip is used to drive the main circuit of the full bridge soft switch inverter. Based on the constant wire feed rate and the mode of arc voltage feedback regulat-ing duty cycle,the arc length control in the welding process is realized. This machine has the basic protection functions of overload,overheat and abnormal voltage. And the digital interface has the characteristics of convenient parameter adjustment. The welding technology test shows that the pulse MIG welding machine designed by the current and voltage double closed-loop control mode has good arc length adjustment ability,and the weld quality can meet the welding requirements.
