摘　　要：随着中国经济的转型,中国经济进入了一个新常态。这就要求施工企业进行转型,在保证产品品质的前提下,对施工现场的施工工序进行优化,进而达到缩短施工工期进而降低项目成本的效果。With the transformation of China's economy,China's economy has entered a new normal.This requires the transformation of construction enterprises.On the premise of guaranteeing the quality of products,the construction process on the construction site should be optimized so as to shorten the construction period and reduce the cost of the project.
