摘　　要：本文中的职前物理教师是指即将从高等师范院校毕业的物理专业(师范)学生。基础教育以及教师资格证书制度的改革,迫使高等师范院校在培养职前物理教师的教学技能方面也应随之改革。本文以提升就业核心竞争力为导向,对目前职前物理教师培养中存在的问题进行分析,就“课程思政”渗透培养过程、教师教育类课程设置与教学模式、教育教学实习等方面进行改革探析,从而达到提升职前物理教师的就业核心竞争力的目的。The pre-service physics teachers in this paper refer to the students who are about to graduate from the normal university.The reform of basic education and teachers'qualification certificate system forces higher normal colleges to reform the teaching skills of pre service physics teachers.Guided by the promotion of the core competitiveness of employment,this paper analyzes the problems existing in the cultivation of pre service physics teachers,and the cultivation process of"curriculum ideological and political"infiltration,the setting and teaching mode of teacher education courses,and the teaching practice,so as to achieve the purpose of promoting the core competitiveness of pre service physics teachers.
