摘 要:以多酚提取率为优化指标,对紫背天葵中多酚的提取工艺进行研究。通过单因素实验考察了乙醇体积分数、提取温度、料液比与提取时间对紫背天葵多酚提取效果的影响。在此基础上采用正交实验对紫背天葵多酚的提取工艺进行优化。实验结果表明,紫背天葵多酚最佳提取条件为:乙醇体积分数40%,料液比1:50(g/mL),提取温度50℃,提取时间50min,在此最优条件下,紫背天葵多酚提取量可达10.88mg/g。结论:优化所得工艺多酚提取率较高,为进一步综合利用井冈山地区的紫背天葵资源提供技术支持和理论依据。The extraction of polyphenols fromGynura bicolor D.C was optimized for increased yield of polyphenols.The influence of ethanol volume fraction,extraction temperature,solid-to-solvent ratio,and extraction time on extraction efficiency was investigated initially by one-factor-at-a-time method.On the basis of this,orthogonal experiments were used to optimize the extraction process of polyphenols from Gynura bicolor D.C.The experimental results showed that the optimum extraction conditions of polyphenols were obtained as follows:ethanol volume fraction 40%,solid-to-solvent ratio 1:50(g/mL),extraction temperature 50℃,extraction time 50 min.Under these optimized conditions,the yield of polyphenols extracted from Gynura bicolor D.C reached 10.88mg/g.Conclusion:The extraction rate of the optimized extraction method was high.And the results could provide technical support and theoretical basis for further comprehensive utilization of the resources of Gynura bicolor D.C in Jinggangshan area.
