摘  要:针对养殖业粪便污染治理难题,提出了一种腔式负压发酵工艺技术并设计了以STC15F2K60S2单片机为控制核心的控制系统,能实时采集物料发酵过程的温度、湿度、氧浓度等参数,经单片机数据处理后控制风机工作,使物料发酵过程处于较佳的发酵状态,采集的数据通过串行通信接口发送至上位机进行远程实时监测。该系统具有可控、易操作、效果明显、成本低、减少翻堆次数等特点。In order to solve the problem of faecal pollution treatment in aquaculture industry,a cavity negative pressure fermentation technology was put forward and a control system based on STC15F2K60S2 single chip microcomputer was designed,which could collect the parameters of temperature,humidity and oxygen concentration in the process of material fermentation in real time,and control the fan to work after data processing by single chip microcomputer,so as to make the process of material fermentation in a better fermentation state.The collected data is sent to the host computer through serial communication interface for remote real-time monitoring.The system has the characteristics of controllable,easy operation,obvious effect,low cost and reducing the number of times of turning over the reactor.
