重睑成形同期改良Y-V内眦赘皮矫正术的临床效果分析

摘　　要：目的分析重睑成形同期改良Y-V内眦赘皮矫正术治疗单睑的临床效果.方法60例单睑患者随机分为A、B两组,每组各30人,A组采用重睑成形同期改良Y-V内眦赘皮矫正术,B组采用重睑成形术,术后6个月进行相关数据测量及满意度调查问卷.结果A组与B组的睑裂宽度、内眦间距、内眦角有差别(P<0.05),睑裂高度无差别(P>0.05);A组患者满意度93.33%优于B组患者满意度76.67%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组术后各时间段瘢痕评分差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05);术后6个月内肿胀、疼痛和硬结的发生率两组之间无差别(P>0.05).结论与单纯重睑成形术相比,重睑成形同期改良Y-V内眦赘皮矫正术在治疗单睑的同时矫正了内眦赘皮,是治疗单睑伴内眦赘皮的一种操作简单、实用的方法,值得在整形美容外科领域推广.Objective To analyze the clinical effectiveness of double eyelidplasty and modified Y-V epicanthoplasty simultaneously technique treatment for single eyelid.Methods A total of 60 single eyelid patients were randomly allocated into two groups:group A(30 patients)received double eyelidplasty and modified Y-V epicanthoplasty simultaneously technique,while group B(30 patients)received double eyelidplasty technique,and advanced related data measurement and satisfaction survey 6 months postoperation.Results The palpebral fissure width,inner canthus distance and nasal angle of group A and group B were differential(P<0.05),while the palpebral fissure height of these two groups was indiscriminate(P>0.05).The satisfaction of group A(93.33%)is higher than group B(76.67%),and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The effectiveness of swelling,pain and skin induration within 6 months postoperation was not statistically different(P>0.05).The scar score of two groups at different time after operation were not statistically different(P>0.05).Conclusions Compared with double eyelidplasty technique simply,the technigue of double eyelidplasty and modified Y-V epicanthoplasty simultaneously is a useful and simple method to treat the single eyelid with epicanthus,which was not only effective to treat single eyelid but also reliable to treat epicanthus,and it is worth spreading in department of the plastic and cosmetic surgery.
