顺其自然法纠正内眦赘皮的应用体会

摘　　要：目的探讨顺其自然法在内眦赘皮纠正术中的应用.方法采用顺其自然法纠正内眦赘皮50例,其中内眦赘皮2级38例、3级12例,术后进行为期3个月至1年不等随访,观察术后修复效果.结果50例患者所有切口均一期愈合,除2例一侧内眦赘皮轻度复发,余48例患者术后重睑线自然流畅,内眦赘皮完全或基本纠正,睑裂变长、增宽,鼻中线到两侧内眦间距相等,新内眦角、泪埠显露充分,立体感强,3例患者术后1-3个月内眦切口瘢痕轻度增生,半年后自行缓解,余切口瘢痕不明显或无.结论本式术设计简单,易于掌握,手术效果稳定、可靠,可应用于临床.Objective To explore the application of natural course correction for epicanthus.Methods Fifty cases with epicanthus were corrected by the natural course method,including 38 cases of epicanthus grade 2 and 12 cases of epicanthus grade 3.The postoperative follow-up time ranged from 3 months to 1 year.Results Incisions in all fifty cases were primary healing.Forty-eight postoperative cases presented natural and smooth double eyelid lines,and the epicanthus were basically or completely corrected.Two case showed mild recurrence of epicanthus.The spacing between the nose center line and both inner canthus were equal,and the new angle of inner canthus and tears port were exposed sufficiently withstereoscopic effect.There were 3 cases showed mild hyperplasia of incision scars 1-3 months postoperatively,and alleviated by themselves 6 months postoperatively.Conclusion This method is simple,easy to master,stable and reliable which can be used clinically.
