即刻种植与早期种植对上颌前牙缺失患者软组织美学效果的影响比较

摘　　要：目的比较即刻种植与早期种植对上颌前牙缺失患者软组织美学效果的影响.方法选取2017年1月-2019年3月于我院接受上颌前牙缺失修复的74例患者作为研究对象,根据不同治疗方式分为2组,每组37例.对照组施行早期种植,观察组则施行即刻种植,比较两组修复治疗后患者满意度、红色美学指数评分(PES)、白色美学评分(WES)、牙槽骨稳定性.结果治疗后5个月,观察组满意度、PES评分、WES评分及骨吸收均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论即刻种植与早期种植对上颌前牙缺失患者均有较好的修复效果,能保持较好的骨组织稳定性,但即刻种植软组织美学效果和白色美学更好,患者满意度相对更高.Objective To compare the effect of immediate implant and early implant on the aesthetic effect of soft tissue in patients with maxillary anterior teeth loss.Methods From January 2017 to March 2019,74 patients who received the restoration of maxillary anterior teeth loss in our hospital were selected as the study objects.According to different treatment methods,they were divided into two groups,37 cases in each group.Early implantation was performed in the control group,while immediate implantation was performed in the observation group.Results 5 months after treatment,the satisfaction,PES,Wes and bone resorption of the observation group were higher than those of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Immediate implant and early implant have better restoration effect on the patients with maxillary anterior teeth loss,and can maintain better stability of bone tissue,but the aesthetic effect of immediate implant soft tissue and white aesthetics are better,and patients'satisfaction is relatively higher.
