摘　　要：广东省果蔬烘干机生产企业较多、用户需求较大,但因缺少相关的鉴定标准和依据,造成不同厂家生产的果蔬烘干机在质量、规格、性能方面差异较大。广东省农业机械试验鉴定站通过对省内重点果蔬烘干机生产企业进行调研,了解果蔬烘干机的分类、工作原理、性能指标等内容,通过分析国内外果蔬烘干机发展现状和广东果蔬烘干机农机购置补贴政策存在的问题,提出相关建议和思考。There are many fruit and vegetable dryer enterprises and larger demand users in Guangdong province,but there is no executable identification standards and basis,so that resulting big differences in the quality,specifications,and performance of the fruit and vegetable drying equipment produced by each manufacturers.Agricultural machinery testing and identification station of Guangdoong province through the research of the key fruit and vegetable dryer production enterprises,to understand the fruit and vegetable dryer classification,working principles,performance indicators and other contents,putting forward the practical fruit and vegetable dryer testing and identification regulations,and will furtherly improving the relevant subsidy policies.
