摘 要:采用大学生专业承诺量表、择业自我效能感量表和职业决策困难量表对川、甘、冀地区538名特教师范生进行调查,结果发现,特教师范生专业承诺、择业自我效能感与职业决策困难均处于中等水平;专业承诺、择业自我效能感与职业决策困难均呈负相关,专业承诺与择业自我效能感呈正相关;特教师范生择业自我效能感在专业承诺与职业决策困难间起部分中介作用。因此,增强特教师范生专业承诺和择业自我效能感水平,对于缓解其职业决策困难具有重要意义。This studyaims to explore the mediating effect of career decision-making efficiency between special education student teachers’professional commitment and career decision-making difficultiesby testing 538participants from Sichuan Province,Gansu Province and Hebei Province with the Students’Professional Commitment Scale,the Students’Career Decision-making Efficiency Scale and the Students’Career Decision-making Difficulties Scale,.The results show the following:the special education students teachers’professional commitment,career decision-making efficiency and career decision-making difficulties areat a medium level,The special education student teachers’professional commitment is significantly negatively correlated with their career decision-making difficulties,and significantly positively correlated with their career decision-making efficiency.The special education student teachers’career decision-making efficiency partially mediates between their professional commitment and their career decision-making difficulties.Thus,in order to relieve their decision-making difficulties,it is important to improve professional commitment and career decision-making efficiency.
