摘　　要：自2018下半年以来,受非洲猪瘟的影响,我国各地生猪存栏量均有不同程度的下降,猪肉供给受到了极大的冲击,猪肉价格波动剧烈。通过对2019年猪肉市场价格变化数据进行分析,将猪瘟疫情的蔓延、周期性波动以及环保作为猪肉价格波动的三大主要因素;然后从博弈论的角度出发,分析了猪肉市场参与者之间的博弈,包括消费者、供应商、政府、消费者之间的博弈;最后就控制猪肉价格上涨提出加强宏观调控、推动养殖规范化、健全猪肉储备制度的对策。Since the second half of 2018,affected by African swine fever,the number of live pig stocks in China has declined to varying degrees,the supply of pork has been greatly impacted,and the price of pork has fluctuated dramatically.Based on the analysis of the price change data of pork market in 2019,the spread,periodic fluctuation and environmental protection of hog cholera are regarded as the three main factors of the price fluctuation of pork.Then,from the perspective of game theory,the game among the participants of pork market,including the game among consumers,suppliers,governments and consumers,is analyzed.Finally,it is proposed to control the rise of pork price,we should strengthen macro-control,promote the standardization of breeding,and improve the pork reserve system.
