摘　　要：近年来随着国家对农村发展的重视力度加大,其农房不动产调查工作也在积极开展。文章在探讨农房不动产典型问题基础上依据地方实情选择适宜的调查手段,在原有农村地籍调查成果基础上,对农村范围宅基地和集体建设用地等进行权籍调查,更新建立农房不动产调查数据库,从而快速掌握农房用地情况,为农村不动产登记发证的推进和实施提供可靠依据。In recent years,with the increasing attention of the state to rural development,rural real estate survey work is also actively carried out.On the basis of the typical problems,this paper chooses appropriate investigation methods according to local facts.On the basis of the results of the original rural cadastral survey,this paper investigates the ownership of rural residential land and collective construction land in rural areas,updates and establishes the database of real estate investigation,so as to quickly grasp the situation of land use in agricultural houses,and a reliable basis for the promotion and implementation of registration and issuance of rural real estate.
