摘　　要：目的探讨乳腺癌改良根治术联合新辅助化疗对乳腺癌患者的临床价值。方法选取2015年1月至2017年5月本院收治的乳腺癌患者52例为研究对象,随机分为参照组和实验组,各26例。参照组实施乳腺癌改良根治术治疗,实验组实施新辅助化疗后再进行乳腺癌改良根治术治疗。分析比较两组患者的治疗效果。结果实验组总有效率高于参照组(65.38%vs.34.62%)(P<0.05)。实验组的3年生存率(92.31%)、复发率(7.69%)与参照组(88.46%、11.54%)对比,差异均无统计学意义;实验组并发症发生率显著低于参照组(3.85%vs.23.08%),差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论乳腺癌改良根治术联合新辅助化疗效果显著,既能降低术后并发症发生率,又能提高患者的生活质量,值得临床推广。Objective To investigate the clinical value of modified radical mastectomy combined with neoadjuvant chemotherapy for breast cancer.Methods 52 cases of breast cancer patients admitted to our hospital from January 2015 to May 2017 were selected as the study subjects,and they were randomly divided into the control group and the experimental group,with 26 cases in each group.The control group underwent modified radical mastectomy for breast cancer,and the experimental group underwent neoadjuvant chemotherapy followed by modified radical mastectomy for breast cancer.The therapeutic effects of the two groups were analyzed and compared.Results The total effective rate of the experimental group was higher than that of the control group(65.38%vs.34.62%)(P<0.05).The 3-year survival rate(92.31%)and recurrence rate(7.69%)of the experimental group were not statistically significant difference compared with that of the control group(88.46%,11.54%).The complication rate of the experimental group was significantly lower than that of the control group(3.85%vs.23.08%),and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Modified radical mastectomy combined with neoadjuvant chemotherapy for breast cancer is effective,which can not only reduce the incidence of postoperative complications,but also improve the quality of life of patients,which is worthy of clinical promotion.
