环境友好型增塑剂在PVC中的性能分析

摘　　要：分别选用对苯二甲酸二辛酯(DOTP)、环己烷-1,2-二羧酸二异壬酯(DINCH)、聚酯(PEP),3种非邻苯二甲酸酯类环境友好型增塑剂作为聚氯乙烯(PVC)的增塑剂,制成3种PVC软制品试样,从力学性能、耐热性、耐溶剂迁徙性、电绝缘性、流动性方面的性能与使用实际中应用最为广泛的邻苯二甲酸二辛酯(DOP)增塑的软质PVC试样进行对比分析。结果表明:DOTP增塑PVC的力学性能总体表现优异,PEP耐溶剂迁徙性能最为突出,DOTP、DINCH、PEP增塑PVC在受热温度从120℃到180℃情况下,试样质量损失百分率均低于DOP增塑PVC,DINCH增塑PVC试样的电绝缘性表现优秀,其表面电阻率和体积电阻率数值约为DOP增塑PVC的两倍;DINCH增塑PVC的熔体流动速率(MFR)远大于DOP增塑PVC.Choosing three of phthalic acid esters of environment-friendly plasticizers as plasticizer of polyvinyl chloride(PVC),which are dioctyl terephthalate(DOTP),cyclohexane,1,2-dicarboxylic acid two different nonyl ester(DINCH),polyester(PEP),being made of three kinds of PVC soft products sample,the mechanical properties,heat resistance,solvent migration,electrical insulation and fluidity were compared with the soft PVC samples plasticized with dioctyl phthalate(DOP),which was most widely used in practice.The results showed that the mechanical properties of DOTP plasticized PVC were excellent on the whole,with tensile strength up to 11.7MPa,elongation at break up to 270%and tearing strength up to 36.86kN/m,but its hardness was basically the same as that of DOP plasticized PVC;the solvent resistance of PEP was the most outstanding,and the percentage of weight loss of the samples was close to 0 after 65 pieces of PEP plasticized PVC were soaked in n-heptane,ethanol and engine oil for 144 h;DOTP,DINCH,PEP plasticized PVC in heating temperatures from 120℃to 180℃cases sample quality loss percentage than DOP plasticized PVC,in which performance is the most excellent PEP,in the 180℃heating 3 h,it’s basic quality loss is 0;DINCH plasticized PVC has excellent electrical insulation performance,and its surface resistivity and volume resistivity are about twice that of DOP plasticized PVC.The melt flow rate(MFR)of DINCH plasticized PVC can reach 22.76g/10min,which is much higher than that of DOP plasticized PVC.
