高新科技视域下的科技伦理构建思考

摘　　要：当代高新科技在快速发展的过程中呈现出颠覆性更新的特征,对人类自身的生存构成了潜在的威胁和挑战,而现有的科技伦理难以有效应对。因此有必要发展和建立逻辑严密、体系完整、具有中国特色的科技伦理学,文章重点结合医疗领域、生命科学领域的实际,对高新科技视域下的科技伦理构建进行研讨,并提出相应对策和建议。Rapid growth of high technology nowadays presents subversive characteristics,which may pose potential threats and challenges to the survival of human beings.However,the existing science and technology ethics can hardly cope with such a situation.Therefore,it is necessary to develop and establish an ethics system with strict logic and complete system,and of Chinese characteristics as well.In view of the practice in medical and life science field,this paper put forward suggestions in this regard.
